We were pleased to be part of DKD's annual conference and awards. PM Company president, Ron Stroud and DKD director of property management, Sue Williams were on hand to reward teams and individuals for a variety of areas of operational performance. There were 140 in attendance and we were impressed that half of them had been with the company for more than 5 years. In fact, 3 individuals were recognized for 20 years company service. DKD manages over 3500 apartment homes throughout northern California. About half of their portfolio is government assisted housing.
