Carol Levey has personally trained more leasing specialists than anyone else in the industry. There are solid reasons why NALP candidates and local association executives continually request Carol. Here she is pictured with the most recent graduating classes in North New Jersey, South New Jersey and Orlando.
The property manager along with one of the leasing team represented one apartment community in South New Jersey. They attended NALP together. Their property is a high-rise community with more than 500 apartment homes. Their comments were representative of the other attendees. Madeline the manager has been in the industry for 20 years. Her responsibilities have included on-site manager, multi-site manager and regional supervisor. She has attended educational courses throughout her entire career. She indicated that this NALP course was "the most informative and enjoyable course that she can remember".
The leasing consultant, Amy, had this to say, "I just wanted to comment on how informative your course was.
