Doug, Thank you for setting up the "Coping with Change," meeting today. I think it was an extremely valuable session that could be implemented on a regular basis encouraging all employees to attend an open forum, gaining empathy for their fellow teammates and confidence in their routine career performance. Greg, Just a quick note to say thank you to both you and Doug for thinking of the community and service managers. The class, "Coping With Change," given by I.T. Partners was great! Sometimes working on-site can be a little overwhelming with all the new programs that come our way while still having to deal with the everyday concerns of managing the property. I feel that I came away from the class with a better perspective and some insight on helping my staff cope. I hope it is possible to continue with both educational and inspirational training in the future. Besides learning, it gives me an opportunity to interact with other managers in our ROC, which gives me a sense of teamwork among my fellow colleagues. Again, many thanks for taking the time to put a class together, the effort given and your willingness to spend money to keep us informed and inspired. Charlotte
