Dear Nan-

We would like to thank you for providing us accommodations at Park Central during our recent teaching assignment for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. We would be remiss if we didn't share our thoughts and observations during our week at Park Central. Since our busy training schedule takes us all over the U.S. we have ample opportunity to experience first-hand apartment living at communities across the country. We feel as if we have become experts concerning corporate housing. We have formulated strong opinions about what sets apart one community from another.

Let's begin with the layout of Park Central. Once you enter the gates you feel at home as if you reside at an estate that is self-contained. Every acre is manicured and specifically designed to compliment the lifestyle of the residents. There is a genuine feeling of neighborhood both day and night that invites the residents to fully utilize all the community's feature-benefits. Specifically, the attention to grounds detail, the hedges, trees, fields of lawn, the ponds, the fountains and the paths articulate this estate-like atmosphere. It is hard to believe that this has been achieved at a property that is centrally located to metro Orlando.

The "property manager" in both of us appreciates the practical aspects of enclosed trash areas, ample parking and the clear designation of building addresses. Inside, the apartment homes enjoy a floor plan that creates privacy and living efficiency.

Now, add to all this several totally unique community benefits:

A fitness center that has the size, the facilities and equipment along with the personnel to qualify as a real gym; a business center with multiple workstations and a conference room; a private bar and grill that offers a great menu complete with big screen television, fresh popcorn and friendly service; a regulation-size indoor gymnasium for basketball, volleyball and aerobics along with staff to make sure it is fully utilized and maintained.
Okay, we are beginning to come across like paid promoters for Park Central. We can't help it. We are impressed.

Sincerely,

Carol Levey and Neil Fjellestad
