Ms. Management
During 1999 Carol joined forces with AptBiz.com to create the first industry online syndicated column; Ms. Management. The Q&A format has created a new 'on demand' resource for industry personnel around the country. This format is now being adapted by some newspapers to bring yet another user-friendly resource. The Rocky Mountain News was the first to introduce Ms. Management as a weekly feature in their Saturday Real Estate section. Additionally this format allowed "local Q&A for renters." The column is currently featured in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver's monthly newsletter.
