Long a delight to listening and participating audiences, Carol has more recently adapted her presentation to the written word. Along with I.T. Partners co-founder, Neil Fjellestad, she has authored numerous industry articles; some for national publications. Beginning in Spring 2000 their ideas on key industry topics will be presented in weekly articles available online at Rentals.com. During 1999 Carol joined forces with AptBiz.com to create the first industry online syndicated column; Ms. Management. The Q&A format has created a new 'on demand' resource for industry personnel around the country. This format is now being adapted by some newspapers to bring yet another user-friendly resource. The Rocky Mountain News was the first to introduce Ms. Management as a weekly feature in their Saturday Real Estate section. Additionally this format allows "local Q&A for renters."
