Carol Levey
Industry Leader
Carol is a nationally recognized leader inside the multihousing industry. Her 35 years of accumulated experiences as a leasing professional, property manager, marketing director, corporate relocation executive and business entrepreneur are combined with the industry designations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP).
Her first on-site experiences were in southern California where she started in housekeeping, went on to leasing and worked into management. She currently resides in the metro Denver area where she has been a driving industry force for nearly 20 years. She has been the recipient of numerous awards but takes particular pride in being the only two-time honoree receiving the Jack Shapiro Award; a special tribute for outstanding service to the industry and community. In addition, she is often solicited by national industry leaders to shape the future of the multihousing business.
During the year 2000, she has accepted an assignment from NAA President Jim Hepfner to join a national blue ribbon task force to strategically address "Member Relations."
