We need to become part of your team for our program to work effectively. That means that we are willing to do what it takes to blend with the on-site team. We take service requests, sign for packages, etc.

What type of screening process is used for hiring Levey employees?
All leasing specialists have a credit report and background check as well as mandatory drug testing?

Do you have worker's compensation and liability insurance coverage?
Yes.

Are temporary leasing specialists employees of Levey Enterprises or independent contractors?
They are employees of Levey Enterprises.

Do your leasing specialists work only in Colorado?
No, we work all over the country.

Do they work weekends?
Absolutely - the on-site manager dictates their schedule.

Do you have references?
Absolutely. References are available upon request.

How cost effective is it?
You have a trained leasing specialist ready to lease immediately with a proven track record. You only pay when we perform. Hiring an employee is expensive and time consuming.

Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. Everything is spelled out so there are no misunderstandings about expectations on either side.
